Method

  1. Strip the Kappa and boil till soft (around 15 minutes) in adequate water after it become soft, stain the water.
  2. Make the past of cumin seeds, garlic, grated coconut, green chili and add the past in boiled Kappa with the turmeric powder.
  3. Put a pan on stove and pour the coconut oil and boil the oil in medium fire,
  4. After 1 minute add the mustard seeds, onion pieces, dried red chilly, curry leaves and fry all the ingredients for 1/2 minutes.
  5. Decant this mixture into tapioca and mix well.
  6. Serve up with fish curry and rice.
