Method

  1. Mix the flour with a some quantities of ghee.
  2. Heat the sugar in water till reaches its consistency.
  3. Gradually add the flour stirring continuously so that no lumps are formed.
  4. Then pour in slowly in a hot ghee stirring continuously.
  5. Cook till the mixture becomes frothy and the ghee separates.
  6. Expand out on a greased plate. When it turns solid
  7. Cut the Mysore pak into squares and Mysore Pak is ready.
