Method

  1. String beans, cut finely.
  2. Cut green chilli into pieces.
  3. Soak tamarind in water, prepare extract.
  4. Dry fry sesame seeds, cumin, bengal gram dal, set it aside.
  5. Grind fried items with coconut, green chilli, coriander leaves, asafoetida to a paste.
  6. Heat beans with turmeric powder, tamarind extract, salt, water in a pan.
  7. When beans are cooked, add ground paste, jaggery.
  8. When stuffing start thickening, take away the pan from stove.
  9. Heat a tsp of oil in a frying pan and add mustard, curry leaves with it.
  10. When they fume, add to gojju.
