  1. Wash the soaked daal and mix it into a coarse paste using less water.
  2. Mix all the ingredients mentioned above together except oil, to the dal paste.
  3. Make small unequally round spheres of the daal paste
  4. Then deep fry it in oil.
  5. Serve up with tamarind chutney or rice-daal, or put it in gravy of aalu ki subzi to make aalu kachree ka jhor !
