Method

  1. Mix together together the spices with yogurt and ghee and fry.
  2. Pound lamb steaks to flatten, and heat the yogurt on medium heat.
  3. When all liquid is immersed and steaks are tender, sprinkle with hing water. Brown meat well on all sides in ghee.
  4. Sprinkle garam masala and almonds.
