  1. Cut aloo into many pieces.
  2. Make a thin batter of besan, salt, ginger-garlic paste, ajwain seeds by adding up little water.
  3. Add 1 tsp of oil and mix well.
  4. preserve aloo pieces for 15 minutes.
  5. Heat oil and fry the aloo and keep it aside
  6. Heat 2 tsp of oil, add onions and saute till brown.
  7. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, annardana powder, garam masala and mix it well.
  8. Add the aloo (potato) and toss well. boil the flame and cook for an extra 5- 6 minutes.
  9. decorate with corainder leaves and serve punjabi aloo amritsari hot with paratha.
