Method

  1. For vada - Clean, wash and soak the daal during the night.
  2. Grind it into soft paste and add some salt.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and drop spoonfuls of batter and cook it till golden brown
  4. Take those hot vadas and put in cold water for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Now Take the the vadas out of water and squeeze the water and keep aside.
  6. For Dahi - add cumin , gr chilli,coriander leaves, blend and add to yougurt and season it.
  7. Serving - In a deep dish arrange wada and transfer dahi over them.
  8. Your Dahi Vada is ready
