Method

  1. Take the brinjals with stems over fire, to burn skin
  2. When skin turns blackens, hold them under running water.
  3. Gently wash off skin and mash brinjals.
  4. Heat oil in a kadai then add ginger garlic and stirfry
  5. Add onions, all dry masalas, except red chilli powder, stirfry for a minute more.
  6. Add tomatoes, brinjals, salt, lemon juice and stir. Cook it for five minutes.
  7. Take it in serving bowl.
  8. Heat up gee in a Small pan before serving, grasp a pan over bowl and add chilli powder and pour over bhartha and do not allow chilli powder to burn,
  9. Garnish it with chopped coriander.
  10. Serve this dish with tandoori roti, paratha, etc.
