Methods

  1. Cut clean and wash the chicken, apply the salt or some ginger garlic paste.
  2. Grind all the ingredients into a fine paste. You can see the green color of the masala.
  3. Apply it to the chicken
  4. Keep the chicken and the masala overnight. The longer you store it the better it is.
  5. Put a little oil and when hot add the chicken pieces.
  6. Add some butter and cook on a slow fire till done.
  7. Serve with onions or salad.
